Product Introduction

It is a room temperature self-crosslinking film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion synthesized by a new generation of polymer polymerization process. It is specially designed for water-based gravure printing inks. It has good compatibility with the popular acrylic polymers on the market. In addition, in intaglio inks, it has good pigment wetting ability.

Styrene acrylate emulsion (SAE) latex is a general purpose acrylic styrene copolymer emulsion for use in coatings with high gloss and good wet adhesion and blocking. It is a versatile film forming emulsion that has good adhesion to a broad range of polyolefin films. including use in water-based flexo and gravure inks on flexible films. It proves that it is possible to combine good resistance with very good printability in water based inks, making the conversion to water based inks for medium-duty film applications a cost effective.

Packaging and Storage Condition

• Packing in 200 kg small mouth plastic drum
• The product should be stored in an airtight container to avoid freezing and high temperature. When possible, it should be used within six months. Recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35°
